edsContent Review Escalation

Hello Creators:

I keep getting harassing content denials - not in violation - for anything that's PG. None of my content is R-rated. And no images. I need to reach women upper management. My content is politically charged but not celebrity politics and not vulgar. This is simply sour grapes from political bigots. And I need help with it. The current design uses the PG word "B". The only thing it breaks is political ego. The last one taken down had been up for a year, so they went back into my catalog and deleted one of my best designs out of spite. I need to send my stuff to a subset of reviewers. I have hundreds of designs and the only ones that get denied are the most skewering, dead aim truths. In other words the ones that would make the most sales. How do I get help?

To post products for sale on the zazzle platform, like it or not, you have to abide by their content policy

https://help.zazzle.com/hc/en-us/articles/219144348-What-Content-is-Acceptable-for-Designs-on-Zazzle...

And if they deem that your content is not following those guidelines, they'll not post it for sale on their platform or remove it from the marketplace if they so wish.

Sour grapes or not, it's their platform, their rules and when we sign up for an account, we promise to follow those guidelines.

You can always explore other options to get your designs out to your target audience - just not on the zazzle platform

That wasn't the question I asked. And it's not my only option either way. I asked for escalation to solve the problem above level one.

Push back a little. Reply to the email from Content Review and ask for a manager to contact you. I have done that a few times and every single time I get another reply with "I'm sorry, we made a mistake"... and it is allowed.

You're making a lot of assumptions there about why this is happening. You've got plenty of designs in your shop that are what I'd call offensive-to-someone, so they're not picking on you. You can get clarification from content review, not the forums. Beware they'll probably just give you their go-to response of "please read the policies again" BS they give everyone else.
