I have a product that, over time, has accumulated 164,501 views but only 18 orders. A couple years ago, I spotted it on Google images, which explained things. However, I now have another product, this one created March 29th, 2022. It has 1687 views with only 4 orders. I've searched and can't find it in Google images, and I checked my pin on Pinterest, but it's getting no traction there at all. This one is complete mystery.
Any ideas?
Also, do any of you have products with gobs of views but only a few sales to show for it? If so, have you figured it out?

Hi Barbara, my guess is that you may have something that has been bookmarked by some sort of educational establishment, however the wording might not be exactly what they need. For instance, they may need it in a different language and perhaps be unable to edit the wording/letter(s) they may want to edit. When I am looking for products to pin as affiliate referral links, I often see products that I would be very happy to pin if only for some tiny detail such as the ability to edit, so I often have to look at many products before I find just what I am looking for, however I generally keep searching and I stay optimistic.

I do have some products with hundreds or thousands of views (but not 164,501 views (!!)) but no sales to show for them, and it's just as much as a mystery to me as it is to you where all these views are coming from.

The only thing both of products have in common is music theory, the first one is the circle of fifths, which is an item downloaded and/or printed out all the time. The other one, however, isn't one of those things. Here it is:
It's one of those designs that folks are unlikely to want to personalize. Any thoughts?

I keep being drawn to that product whenever I look at your store, however "optomistic" sounds like something technical and I don't know the meaning of it. I would love to see it as "optimistic" instead.

Oh, shoot! There's nothing for it but to fix the spelling error first thing tomorrow morning. I'm glad you spotted it, and yet I'm not glad. LOL

For some reason, I am hearing this phrase in my head, as if sung in a Gilbert Sullivan production:
moodsionian dorian phrygian lydian mixolydian.
But seriously, not knowing much about music, I have never encountered these terms before. I wonder if your design shows up simply because many music students would be looking up a bunch of words such as these, and then see your cute faces and decide to click. They don't buy because they were not searching for anything to buy, they were just searching for info on the moods.

It is the very modal of a music mood in general. 😉

I was able to use the Replace function, and I'm hoping both that it goes through and that it does so quickly. In the meantime, I'm now off to Pinterest to pull down the less-than-correct version.
@Windy: You may be correct, given that I've used the individual modes in the tags.

Good news it was quick! I too find the replace feature is very quick. I am always sure to put up only one replace request at a time. I just don't want to create too much work at once, and maybe this helps also with quick turnaround.

I just wish we could use the feature to add text templates where there aren't any but should be. When I first started here, I didn't realize their value.
