Hi everyone, I’m a designer using Adobe Illustrator and I upload vector (AI) files to Zazzle. I don’t speak English fluently, so I used AI (artificial intelligence) to help write this post. I also apologize if this topic has already been discussed—I tried searching the forum, but I may have missed it. Thank you for your understanding! I’ve read that most products support vector output, but I’m wondering: Are there any specific products that do not print using vector data? If a product rasterizes the artwork, is there a list or a way to tell before publishing? Has anyone noticed unexpected print results from AI uploads on certain items? I have been using Benable and posting some of my older sold items only to find that the links that go directly to the item open up the instant download sale page and the shop now page.  This has happened more than once. I figured it was due to an item needing to be optomized and not yet through the system. In this case it is an item that sold which is supposed to stay listed.   ... View more

I’ve been noticing a sudden and significant drop in my sales since April 1st. A short time ago, apparently as a fleeting test, Zazzle placed a dropdown on the landing page where a customer could quickly choose the type of product they were searching for, be it invitations, mugs, throw pillows, whatever. When I saw it, I thought "Hallelujah!" Wanting to run a search just now, I looked for the dropdown but the home page is back to pushing "events" and "gifts" and nothing more, narrowing the perceived choices rather than broadening them. I've been watching linkovers and it appears a lot of them might be coming from the Show Me forum. When my linkovers zoom up, it's often on a day when I've posted to that forum. If it's true that it's one of the sources, doesn't it mean those linkovers aren't a very reliable method of gauging activity? It could easily be other designers looking at our products, perhaps out of curiosity or maybe to see how we did a particular thing. I've done this, and I assume I'm not unique. This has been going on for two months. As you can read what Wandana sent me makes no sense. What does Zazzle want? I just found out yesterday that someone has been selling my designs (used badly, by the way, and with the wrong descriptions, which they copied from my t-shirts without changing anything even though those descriptions don't match the designs they stole) on their own stuff. It looks to me like it's all one person with multiple accounts... Anyway, they've used each of my designs (I haven't gone through the whole set yet, but potentially they've used literally hundreds of my designs) on t-shirts, denim jackets, and coffee mugs. That means they may have a thousand items or more with my designs on them. Do I have to report each and every one of these? If I report someone using 'Walking Fish' on a t-shirt, do I need to report it on the jacket and mug, too, or will Zazzle's people understand that 'This is mine, and I didn't give permission for it to be used by this other person' means everything that other person put it on? ... I created some 3.5" x 5" wedding table number cards. In the card details section, it mentions, 'Add card stands for easy placement.' But there isn't an option to add any kind of stand. I see that there is an option to create a 5" x 7" card with a wood stand, but no option for the smaller size. Are the metal and acrylic block ones the only other option?     ... View more
