I am having a couple of problems with my Facebook page (mine is a public/business page for my Zazzle shop).
Does anyone know how to make an image clickable back to a Zazzle product page? I know the Zazzle 'share to FB' link doesn't work anymore. I see other Zazzlers have made their images clickable links - how is that done? I can only post the link seperately below the image.
Also, seems like every time I try to post something (just the usual, text, image, link and hashtags of my Zazzle products) FB puts a hold on my account and demands I 'appeal' to keep it active - and now they're asking me to upload an image of my face to verify my account!
Anyone else having this problem?

Artellus, you aren’t singled out. I was hesitant to supply my ID to Facebook. Finally I ended up in Facebook prison (multiple times). Not because I posted offensive material (as a matter of fact I never post anything on my personal Facebook page and I also don’t join communities with my personal page (if I can avoid it). Some insist and I usually just won’t join those groups or pages if they do. But I do maintain several Pages (my most successful one has 669 followers) so finally I broke down and uploaded my ID to Facebook. Once I did that (some years ago) Facebook let me be - no more prison time for this raccoon, lol.
Your other issue is more tricky I think. I googled last night and did lots of tests. I’m thinking now it’s not possible anymore to make your photos clickable without paying Facebook (or a third party) to achieve that. I followed several tutorials posted on multiple platforms (maybe twenty last night?) and they all failed. Facebook needs our money badly those days, lol.
I just upload my photos or videos and than add the link separately. 🤷🏽♀️

Thanks Mom! Glad to know it's not just me. I feel like I wont increase my sales if I dont post them on social media - but with FB kicking me out all the time and not being able to make an image clickable it's just become a PITA. It figures they now want us to pay extra to make it clickable. I think it's the same with Instagram too but at least I haven't had them constantly asking me to verify myself. Anyway my sales aren't good enough to pay extra so I'll just have to keep uploading seperate links. phoooie! 😜

I'm having trouble with Facebook as well. Is there a reason the share to facebook no longer works for Zazzle products? Is there a plan to fix this? I even tried just pasting in the link and that didn't work either. Makes it a little hard to promote products.

I was wondering why these links don't work anymore? Is it because Facebook wants Zazzle to pay them to allow people shopping off of the Facebook site? It's just not fair that literal spam links from spammy websites get their images shown bright and clear and a wholesome website like Zazzle is blocked 😢

I believe I have discovered a solution for this! If you take the share link and put it into a free URL shortener and shorten the link, it works! It even appears to retain the affiliate link to your store. It appears to have worked well when I tried it for one of my collections. 😊
