Good afternoon,
Regarding designing on the inside of folded greeting cards --- I know that with favor boxes, designers have a laid-out option where you can fill the entire layout with a border or design.
With greeting cards, I don't see that option. It's front, inside left, inside right and back. I've seen cards, though, that have a full design throughout the inside (seemless on both left and right). How does one do this?
Thank you!

Go to the card's inside, bottom right and click on Background where you can add your own background image. The caveat is that, if you want an image that goes seamlessly from the left through the right, you have to have an image you've divided perfectly in half prior to to placing it on the left and right, and then you might have to fiddle with positioning.
Since a greeting card is just a single piece of paper, I've never understood why we don't have the choice to design the inside as a single layer instead of having to do left and right individually.
Another caveat that just dawned on me is that cards might not always be folded perfectly in half, which could seriously mess up an image divided in half as I described above.

Thank you, Barbara! So it's what I thought. There is no other option except to cut the image in half. I agree - if the card is not perfectly folded, then it would most likely mess up the image. Hopefully, Zazzle will open the inside up like they do favor boxes. Thanks again!

I got mulling this over, thinking about the possible variation in fold position, and thought that if that area was deliberately left either monotone or perhaps with fuzzy edges, any variations might not be apparent. Testing required.

That is an excellent point. On to testing this!
