Hello,
I am trying to make designs that have different themes such as color. I have asked Zazzle for help but they have not given me an adequate response. If any of the creators can guide me how to do it, I would be very grateful.
Would any of you be so kind as to take the time and send me a screenshot detailing the steps to follow?
I share a screenshot of what I want to achieve
Grateful for your help, good morning greetings
Daysi

Zazzle groups them automatically, you don't have to do anything to make it happen. As long as you don't change anything other than the background color (or text color or whatever), the algorithm seldom fails to group them. You can tell that they've been grouped by the three dots that appear when viewing them in the back end.
It sometimes doesn't recognize & group them if you're uploading different colors of the same artwork (it usually works fine, but sometimes it doesn't. If for some reason they don't group after a few weeks, you can select them all in the back end and choose "group products" from the actions menu.

You have to create multiple products of the same design and choose different background colors for each one. You can also upload your own art/design that is exactly the same except for different colorways. So basically, you have to create 2 or more of the same product in different colors and then the algorithm groups them for you. If, after a couple of weeks they haven't auto grouped you can go in through the back end of your store and request them to be grouped.

So I created several products with different design themes, the problem is that I don't know what the procedure is to group them?

I try not to bug them to group things unless it's clear that the algorithm isn't going to pick it up for some reason. (I think when you ask for them to be grouped an actual human has to look at them and do it manually, so I figure they have better things to do than to deal with requests that will be solved automatically in a day or two.) Like with the example above, I added a new color yesterday, and it hasn't picked it up yet - but I have no doubt that it will soon.
