When a customer needs help with customizing a template, I've always provided support via chat. However, if it gets too complicated, it would be easier to access their template and make the changes myself. Is there a way to do this, or should I follow these steps: - Make the changes to a new version of my template - Save it as 'Direct-only' - Click on the 'share' button and select 'copy link' - Send them the link via chat - then they can personalize it, before purchasing.

Hi @SheaPrints - thanks for your question.
Yes, using the Share option will carry over any changes between you and the customer. You can also use the Collaborate feature on the site if you wish. I hope this helps you.

Thanks Joanna 😊. Can I please clarify if this is correct?
- If a customer has started to personalize a template, and they want to give access to me. They use the 'share' feature on the product page, then 'copy link', then send me the link in Chat.
- I make the changes. Then use the 'share' feature on the product page, then 'copy link', then give the customer the link in Chat.
- They check that they are happy with my changes, and make the purchase.
