I see that I have received self referrals at 14.6%, shouldn't they be 35%. It was not a digital download. What's happening? Anyone know?
Thank You

If you have any old links out in the wild that still have your referral ID in them, this can occur.

Zazzle really needs to update its documentation about referral links and referral ID's.

Hey @Longdistgramma3,
The 14.6% you see may be your royalty rate that you set for the product. If you would like to see the referral rate you can use the 169 number to search for it in your referral history.

@Mark , @James I sent a collection link to a potential customer's email and she bought some items, however, when I saw the sale come through the sales show up as 3rd party, not self referral. I thought the self-referral amount would be applied in this instance. I've shared links to other collections and products previously and it's been applied to my earnings as 3rd party. What's going on and how do I ensure my referrals get applied correctly as self referrals and not 3rd party. This defeats the purpose of my even promoting my own products. Thanks in advance.
