How can I prove to Content Review that I have permission to design with this logo?

The content review team continues to remove my products due to copyright reasons, BUT I am part of the organization who owns the logos! I've emailed the content review team multiple times over the week, and have received no response. BUT they ignore my emails and continue to remove products each day. I've also called customer support and explained the situation, but I was told they don't have much to do with the content review team. I have signed letters giving me permission to use our logos, but content review isn't giving me any attention.

The Marines already have a store here - so anything that is tagged with "Marines" or "US Marines"  etc. gets pulled post haste due to trademark... I think this may be the problem you are experiencing...

A quick fix might be to add your designs to the "Fan Merchandize" area of the official Marines store or contact the person who is running the official Marines store and get access to add your materials under their account....  If you are using their account the profits would go to them, but 'fan merch' pays the designer.. it probably has a carve out for the official store - I've never done any though, so I'm not sure about that.

Otherwise I think you are going to have to try to get in touch with the content review people and try to explain to them that you actually are  part of the Marines organization so you can use the words "Marines" "U.S. Marine Corps" etc, but a separate division, in need of a separate store.

I thought I'd replied to this but it seems to have disappeared.

If the MCU is an entity that has themselves not granted you to permission to use their name, emblems, badges, logos etc (including variations of the theme) your products could be being removed due to trademark breach.

you did 😊 here

I work for the MCU, and tasked by the MCU to do this. With an authorization letter.

Maybe the disclaimer saying you're not endorsed by them is an issue as it seems contradictory.

I hope you get it resolved.

I hope so too, thank you.

Yes, getting in touch with the content review team is the solution. But unfortunately its a near impossible task, even the customer support has limited capability in communicating with them. Which doesn't make sense to me.

You should be getting emails showing which items were taken down.  Reply to those emails (as they are from the content team) and tell them that you have a permission letter and include an image or copy of the actual letter in the email.  Do this with every design (or variation) that was taken down by replying to each email.  You should be able to get a resolution this way, but you make sure you are sending them a copy of the proof or it is just words.

Good luck!  My sweet nephew is a Marine!

I think I see the issue.

Your store details indicate it isn't the Marines MCU you have approval from, it is the 'Ball Fundraising Committee'. As such they themselves would require ( I assume) permission to use the trademark, and without which couldn't grant it to you. I'd ask the MCU (if they do approve) to contact Zazzle directly.
