How Do You Cancel an Order?

This is not for me, but someone else wants to cancel an order.  I looked it up on the Zazzle site, but I think those instructions are outdated.

There is no "View Order Status" nor can I find a "cancel order" button.  There is nothing under order ID or anywhere else.  

Can someone please point me in the direction of how to cancel an order.  Thank you.

I don't see it anywhere.  There is nowhere to cancel an order even when we click on the order number.  Is there somewhere else we can go to where we can cancel an order?

Moderators, can you please help to cancel an order or direct me where to do so?  On the order page, there is nowhere to cancel the order.  Even when one clicks on the order number, there is nowhere to cancel the order.  I would hate for the product to be printed and shipped out.  This is the weekend so Zazzle staff are not answering customer service.  Thank you.

Did you get an email confirmation for the order?  There may be a link with in that to cancel... 

On that page is there an option to return order?  That may work...

No, the person didn't.  There is absolutely nothing about returning the order, either.  It's quite perplexing because there is nowhere the order can be canceled on the order number or order page.  The instructions on the Zazzle site are outdated.  It's frustrating.

When I made a mistake in an order for myself, I was told that I couldn't cancel the order if the product was in process, so it could be that it's too late, but of course, everyone gets the option of returning their product if they don't like it. You need to be pretty fast to cancel it, though, it goes into process pretty quickly.

Yes. I went through this with my dad earlier this year. Once the item is past the review point and into the Making stage, there is no longer an option for the customer to cancel the order themselves, you have to contact Customer Service at that point.
