@Veselka_Store I think it depends a lot on your operating system you use to create graphics. I have many listed on https://sanfrancisco.zone/resources/ and the two I use daily are GIMP (free/donation based and local on my laptop) and Kittl (free basic/limited version available and Internet based). I know many creators are very fond of Canva but I my self use that one rarely since I’m not that fond of that specific one and so it’s not listed on our resource page.
I also think that the ideas for a great banner is way more important than the tool you use to create it. With some of my collections I struggle to come up with a great idea.
Have fun creating! 😀
Edited to add a missing period.

@MOM Hmm, I see, interesting idea. Can you show me the example of your most favourite banner please?

@Veselka_Store I can tonight. I only use my laptop at night and now (during day time) I’m on my phone and the banners don’t show on mobile. Which reminds me to tell you that you also should create a square for your collection for the visitors using a phone or tablet to browse and shop Zazzle. It’s the majority of visitors anyhow so creating a square for your collection is even more vital than creating a banner. I my self am way behind with such tasks, sigh.

@MOM Oh alright I didn’t realize that I need a square :). I think all my banners are squares 😄 I couldn’t have something else.

@Veselka_Store You actually should have both but in my opinion the squares are more important because more customers shop nowadays on mobile than using a laptop or pc to browse your collection (at least so far I can tell studying my own site's traffic).
I had a hard time picking a favorite but I'm going now with this media for my "2026 • Year of the Horse • San Francisco Chinatown" collection:
Square: https://www.zazzle.com/rlv/svc/view?realview=117936949593677382&max_dim=525
The banner is for desktop displays, the square for phones etc..
Images created using Ideogram, GIMP and Kittl.

@MOM Wow very pretty, yes and I do see the difference. This is going to be my next thing I should work on. But how do I request Al program to create a banner? I went on Kittl yesterday but couldn’t find an option to start creating a banner. Or should I just request it in the prompt I write?

@Veselka_Store If you work in Kittl create first a project art board in the correct size, then prompt the Kittl AI what you wanted. I‘m going to bed now, I will check in tomorrow again (if I will have a chance).

I do mine in Affinity because it's mostly where I work and I have made templates. Not as beautiful as @MOM but they do the job. It's great to share ideas with each other because it helps spark something you may not have thought of.
