Trying to delete my store

Many of you know I'm retiring from Zazzle. I've already deleted all content--products, collections, banners, saved designs, and so forth--but when I try to delete the store, it claims I can't because I have content in it. Has anyone else come across this, and if so, how did you solve it?

@Barbara I think you'll have to contact zazzle directly. It's due to old discontinued products that are hidden from us but their ghosts still live in the back end of our stores

Yes, I've had this before. You just have to contact Zazzle and ask them to delete it.

It appears my next job is to directly contact Zazzle, though I can't do it by phone because mine is on the fritz, because my computer has crashed permanently (I'm on my husband's at the moment), and because of the latter, I've lost the email address I've used for Zazzle. My car, not wanting to be left out of the fray, had a heart attack (dead battery), and all in all, I've been feeling mighty sorry for myself...until all of you said nice things to me and made me feel better.

I am sorry to see you leaving as well, Barbara. And you are not alone in having all these electrical devices breaking down. It may be related to the sun going to new frequencies. Computer crashes may also be a warning to go off Zazzle (🤣) (still debating this with myself, my external hard drive with all my data just crashed). The most positive explanation I found so far is that we as humans are raising our vibration. Something better will come your way!

I had plenty of ghost categories, too. I did try to contact Z about force deleting them, but it was still many, many months before they disappeared (6 months, if not a year).

If it took that long for you to get a response way back when, it may never happen for me at all. I suppose it doesn't matter, right? It's like dust bunnies under the bed: We know they're there but don't care.
