How to deal with anxiety about sales?

I'm having a hard time trying not to constantly check my earnings. Does anyone relate?

Yesterday, I said to myself "I'm not going to log in to Zazzle today, just for today". I thought it would be easy, but it was not! 😂
Any advice?

I work on Zazzle every day so checking sales is part of my daily routine and now with notifications, it is easier.

However if I am not working on Zazzle then I don't 'check' sales or anything else. BUT this is probably something that happens when sales are pretty consistent.

Try and get into a work routine that happens regardless of sales. Regular addition of products and activity on your account along with sharing to social media, active self-promotion is the best way to ensure regular sales.

Yap...been there...now we have the notification bell....   😂

Are you saying there is an actual "audible" bell now?

no audible notification as far as I can see (or, more correctly, hear).

I imagine that having a bell might drive the Gold and Higher Z creators crazy (and ask for a mute button).

I am also guilty as charged. 🤣

Sometimes a diversion from Zazzle helps. I garden or go for a 30-minute power walk.

Same here.  I think I'm addicted.

Solution: Rip out all the cabinets in your kitchen, pull up the floor, knock out two walls, then proceed to rebuild the kitchen from the ground up. I haven't been overly concerned with Zazzle for the past three months.
