How to download mock up images for marketing?

Hello,

If you mean the product images, you have to take a screenshot of your product for marketing.

There are standard mockups on lots of products that you can screen grab for your promotions, but if you mean some of the more individual mockups you may be seeing around the site, you have to create your own mockups by creating or purchasing mock up templates and the feature is only for a beta group of designers right now.  There aren't any available for download.

Hope that answers your question as I am not quite sure what you are referring to.  Adding a detailed description in your questions will help you to get better answers faster.

Things have changed since you posted your question. As @Malissa said, if you were a bit more clear in what you wanted people would know which information to give you.

If you want a Guide File to design with - that is available in the Design Tool using the Help tab. Not all products have a guide file though.

If you want a photo of the product with your design on it - such as a photo of a mug with your design on it - see this new tool that will let you download it quickly and easily
