When a customer sending you a message directly from the product page and asking "I have questions on this product", how can you know WHICH product he/she is talking about?

@1234Shine You could ask? But seriously, it is a pain not having the link to the product that the customer is asking questions about.

@Cat has opened a suggestion thread here https://community.zazzle.com/t5/ideas-suggestions/could-chat-give-us-a-little-more-info-on-what-the-... to see if this is possible in the meantime, just explain that the link hasn't come through and ask them which product they're referring to

@Sara_H ,  By posting this question, I was hoping maybe I'd learn some new Tips & Tricks that I don't know yet in the Z University.  Anyway, thank you for your replies on this and my questions in the past. I always use "KUDO" to show my gratitude when people responding to my questions, but then they may not know I have "KUDO" them back.  So, I just want to take this opportunity to let you know I really appreciate all the helpful info that I've got from you as well as from others on this forum here.

Normally if a customer comes via a product page you should get something like this

"Hi creator, I have a question about your product: Link to Product".
