@northwestphotos I would say yes. Official Zazzle people won't contact you through messages only via their official email address so report then block

What's even weirder is that the preview for your message is in Korean..  Many people have been getting messages that they need to "verify" their stores. It's a scam.

ZBug

I thought so, but I've been having weird backend captcha issues the past few days, it weirded me out.

Big scam !Be aware!

That's some crazy Korean lingo in the preview message, says RED BEAN POT over and over again, among other nonsensical things.

I also do Postcrossing!

I didn't get any Korean lingo or RED BEAN POT. Oh my!

Z caught it and removed it though.

I was feeling left out but just got one from 'Zazzle Verification'

Perhaps they could stop new users from writing the word 'Zazzle'  in either the first name/last name in the edit profile of our member accounts when they are setting up their spam accounts? ' with a message 'sorry - this word is forbidden" ๐Ÿ˜‚

I just received a message as well that says that Zazzle is updating their payment system and has put sales in my store on hold until I verify my account via a link. Is this a scam???

Unfortunately, I replied to the link because I thought I needed to verify my bank details, did put my bank accounts and name because I still haven't put any bank account or PayPal on my payment setup, I hope I will not get scam ๐Ÿ˜ž but when I enter my bank details it says I need to put the amount of savings in my bank account, I did put a number but it says they cannot access my account because my savings are not higher than 200 euros, I suspected it was a scam afterward. I'm so sad right now...

I would suggest calling your bank and seeing what they recommend in the way of account protection. Maybe they will want to issue you a new account number.

I also do Postcrossing!

I also received one.  The link is strange.

It would be nice if the message area contained a spam button so we can feel content with not just assuming a message is a scam. It will also let everyone know that this possibility exists (fraud in the system) - these things make me wonder if answering any messages is safe. It would be easy to ask a question that will get a designer to try and help the sender. If one is not familiar with the layout of their item links bad things can happen. I have been getting them with a Z official looking logo next to warning that Zazzle employees are labeled with official badge.
