I have a technical issue and know I'll have to give examples but I don't want to post my links here in the forum. I've written an e-mail to ProDesignersupport two days ago and hoping they'd forward to the right people. I've not heard back but want to make sure I sent it to the correct e-mail addy.

You can call, I just got off the phone with them concerning two issues, one being the royalty fiasco. Also sent proseller and prodesigner an email about the royalty issue, and another serious issue concerning the new forum. The person who answered tried to assist, (confirmed that they had received my email) but passed both issues to tech. Should have both answers within 24 hours.
Will let you know if I get a concrete answer about the royalty issue.
Everyone please remember that this forum is open to the public to read, so be careful what you post. Unless and/or until Z changes it. It's not like the old forum. Z correct me if I am wrong.

I don't have access to the pro-level emails. Generally speaking, emails sent there are handled by a the Customer Care team, and forwarded along accordingly. You're welcome to report bugs like this in the future, but I won't really be able to help too much. Sorry.

Our discussion forums have always been open to the public. There was a relatively short period of time where we required users to log in before viewing the forums, but even then we still had an occasional discussion thread started by a customer.
Generally speaking, it's always a good idea to conduct yourself in a professional manner when posting on the internet.

Hi Scott,
I fully agree about conducting oneself in a professional manner on the internet.It helps to remind those who post that this is a new forum and sometimes posters relax into giving too much info about themselves. We can’t delete our posts or edit them after they are posted, correct?
I have been a zazzle sk since 2008. Sometime (2010?) after that, pro level forums were introduced and depending on what level you were, you could only access your level or lower. During that time we sks (as I understood it) could post relatively unconcerned about our information contained in our posts. We were even warned about posting to lower levels about upcoming product releases, and also chastised for disclosing, on the forum ,dialogue between us and zazzle admin.
Help me to understand, what has changed regarding the issue of public/private now in comparison to the old pro level forums in previous years?
Really would be interested in learning what changed.
