I would love to be able to download my images exactly as they were.

Sometimes I would love to download one of the images that are in my media library exactly as they were uploaded. That means res, color, transpareng ..png when png etc.

You should still have the originals on your computer. When you upload an image, it merely copies it to your Zazzle images folder.

It used to be that, and I bet it's the same way, that those images are set to the .jpg or jpeg formats only. But, you're right, this is much better than nothing. Because... You can then take it to Photopea.com and just upload it, and turn it into a .png format.

Well ...it is better at 300 , I wanted to design shower curtains and 7k px was not enough, so I created 9k px. I know I can return it back to the original size with a little effort. I would love the feature where the download is exactly as it was up loaded.

where is the button to open the deisgn tool this way? Without your link. I don't have that templates "tab" at the top left when I'm using the design tool on a product normally.
