Is anyone else having problems with some colors showing up wrong?

This is NOT an issue with a color looking different on different items, because the problem occurs when I first upload a design: I upload the basic square version (the one I use for throw pillows, for example), and everything looks right. Then I upload the SAME design in a different size, or with embellishments (such as the version I use for coffee mugs), and if there's any green in the design, the green looks different sometimes. Sometimes the only difference in the actual designs is that one is a circle instead of a square. (For all I know, the green will print correctly anyway, but it's still a problem if items that are intended to match don't APPEAR to match.)

For the designs I'm talking about, I ALWAYS use the same green -- #3d7102 -- and sometimes it shows up as a pure, cool emerald instead of the slightly yellowish green it's supposed to be. This problem doesn't occur with any other colors, as far as I can tell.

Hi @Red_Tansy,

Sorry to hear this has been happening for you.

Would you please be able to pass on some examples of this? Screenshots and product links if possible too please. Thanks!

I don't have screenshots at the moment, but I do have links:

Barony of Fettburg Populace Badge Button | Zazzle.com

The green is more saturated (which is incorrect) in the second photo, even though the EXACT same color was used for the designs, and the designs are shown on the same item.

Barony of Settmour Swamp populace badge Car Magnet | Zazzle.com

Again, the green in the second one (which has the SAME hex code in both designs) looks more saturated in the picture. Even if that color always prints correctly, I worry that people seeing the picture will think it doesn't match the other designs with this green. (All of my designs in "Creatively Anachronistic" collections are heraldic designs and are meant to have the same colors across the entire multi-collection set, as well as having the same colors -- as much as different substrates allow -- for every item with a specific design. The green on any "Kingdom of the Outlands Populace Badge" item should match the green on every other item with that design, and it should also match the green for every item with "Shire of Drygestan Populace Badge," for example.)

Here's another example of the green SOMETIMES showing up wrong:

Damask with Lions - Green on White Fabric | Zazzle.com

Damask with Lions - White on Green Fabric | Zazzle.com

Same design (with colors swapped), same item. The green in the second one is too saturated.

(There is no problem with THESE designs on fabric, though: https://www.zazzle.com/medieval_peacocks_and_dragons_green_on_white_fabric-256420277118057041 and https://www.zazzle.com/medieval_peacocks_and_dragons_white_on_green_fabric-256093538693137712.)

I noticed that for a couple of designs on tote bags and throw pillows, the smaller picture for the store listing looks wrong, but the larger pictures (reached when the store listing is clicked) look the way they should:

and

There doesn't seem to be any pattern to which designs show up incorrectly and which ones don't, other that it being a fairly recent problem (started in the last few weeks).

I am STILL having the same problem with this particular shade of green. I just uploaded a handful of new designs, and ONE of the green ones shows up the wrong color -- the other two are correct.

Is this problem -- whatever is causing it -- going to be corrected eventually?
