it seems there is 2 ways to share your products on pinterest, one is with a description and price attached. while the other one is with no description and the price is hidden, until they go to your product page.
I wonder which is better?

**I'LL TRY TO GIVE YOU THE SHORT VERSION**
When you pin your products to Pinterest directly from the Zazzle website Pinterest is able to collect all the information about your product. This likely because these types of pins are what Pinterest defines as "rich pins". This type of feature is only available to websites that also have a Pinterest business account (which Zazzle does). The way that this is done is through "meta tags" but thats TMI. When these 2 platforms are linked whatever information is reflected on the website will be synced to this "rich pin", so if the price point or availability changes it will also be shown on that pin without you doing anything.
When you manually pin you own content on the Pinterest platform you will loose that feature. But it doesn't mean that there isn't any value. It's actually advantageous for you to create your own pins because of your ability to promote your own products endlessly and drive your own traffic instead of just relying on the market place. Also, if you're an affiliate make sure that whatever manual pins you're posting have your link attached.💖

You clearly know more about posting to Pinterest than I do! How do you control these things? I just click on the share to pinterest button, my boards pop up and I choose one. Are there more settings than that? If so, how do you access them?

nevermind about that, it seems that this is random for me, some products has price when I pin it, some doesn't 🤔 😅 I share from my own management page, and sometime from the product page itself.

Yes, thanks, just sometimes I'm too lazy to create my own pins. 😅 but I try a few tho... I was pinning other zazzle products too, just hoping to get some referral sales on other items too..

For those in the Promoter program who may not have noticed "affiliate" in the above sentence, don't add your affiliate number to self-designed pins that are for your own products. I was a bit confused about this until someone assured me that the Promoter program also works for pins we design on our own.

yah, it's random, i think this has something to do with which mockup you use during the pinning. I'm not sure 🤔
