Is It Really Possible to Drag and Drop Categories to New Positions?

I have been trying all morning to drag and drop the order of categories on the Products Page. Most of the time I get a red circle on the cursor indicating I can't move the category. Sometimes it seems to work, but then the category order doesn't update. Is this a bug that I didn't know about or am I doing something wrong?

I hate to ask this question but are you on the "All Categories" page below "Featured Products"? The link is found on your Products tab.

LOL I am not even sure what that is. I am changing subscatories in my Wedding Section. I will go check though. This is the type of stuff that I am terrible at. So ask all the questions you want!

I have trouble with the drag and drop sometimes too. For me, it doesn't work like the kind of drag and drop I usually expect, where you keep the mouse button held down while you move and it releases when you let go.

I grab the thumbnail and hold the mouse button down, move it slightly to the side until I get the "no" symbol, give it a seconds, then release the mouse button. Then the category is stuck to my cursor and *then* I can move it (sometimes I have to try a couple times before it grabs it). When it is where I want then I click the mouse button to drop it. 

Not sure if this is "normal", but it works for me.

Yes. It works but it is incredibly hard to grab. I click twice quickly on the text below the thumbnail, move it if it will let me, then I get to where I want it to go and drop it and hope for the best. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. 
@LMGildersleeve  I was imprecise. I am working on moving subcategories. So the All Categories isn't used. When I went back my subcategories had indeed moved. So I guess there was a large delay this morning. I did manage to move a few more just now.

This may be device dependent. Drag and drop does not work on my laptop. Touching the product just opens the product. I have reported this to Zazzle but apparently its not something Zazzle is able to fix.

 

I also do Postcrossing!
