Is this new, Zazzle pop up chat message button?

I have a chat message button, popping up in the right hand bottom of my screen, when I'm in Zazzle. Has anyone noticed this and is this a Zazzle chat message button? I just wanted to check and see if I should be concerned, if it's not a Zazzle chat. Thanks

@plumb4me I saw this blue chat balloon in February 2022. I believe it means that there is a live Zazzle customer service agent you can talk to when you see (and click on) it.

ETA: I first saw this blue chat balloon in the Zazzle Help Centre. looks like it's now being added elsewhere.

Thanks, it first popped up in the design area and now it comes and goes. It'll pop up, I'll close it and then it'll just randomly pop up, when I'm on a product page, in the back-end and design area.

Hooray! I'm super happy about this because it means customers will be able to easily reach customer service instead of sending all of their questions to us! I hope they keep this feature!

I wonder if it only pops up when specific behaviors trigger it.

yes! Like "you're spending way too much time on this design and haven't added it to your cart... maybe you need help with the customization".

yes I do have it now. and they could not have put it in a worse place.  it sits right over the item's preview image when you are working in the design tool.  so you can't see the item's preview without actually clicking into the preview. why would they do that? I get it for customers, but why for sellers.
