Issue with Frequent Logout on Desktop When Navigating Zazzle

I’m experiencing an issue when using Zazzle on my desktop. Every time I log in and navigate to another page or follow a link, my account gets logged out, and I have to sign in again. However, this issue does not occur on my mobile device.

Has anyone else faced this problem? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

I've never had your exact problem occur, but does it help if you simply remain logged in, minimizing that tab when doing other things, then maximizing it when you want to do Zazzle stuff? I've been known to remain signed in for an entire day, simply opening the Zazzle tab whenever necessary.

I'm like, permanently signed-in. I'm sure it's browser-dependent but there seems to be no limit to how long you can stay "remembered" when you check to 'remember-me'. I'm still signed-in even after a full reboot, never even see a sign-in screen. and doesn't matter how many times I open/close the browser or tab. That's on Firefox. I'd have to choose the option to manually sign-out if I wanted to view as anon but I never do that, I use a second browser for that (Opera). Which .... something new is happening with that. If I am on a Z page in Firefox and copy/paste link to Opera to view anonymously, I am now getting the press & hold thing in Opera. This just started a few days ago, never happened before. Must be an IP thing, knowing one person is accessing multiple pages on the site from one address?

Using Firefox, I click my link to Zazzle that sits up in my toolbar, and there I am because Firefox has my name and password saved. if, for whatever reason, my Zazzle cookies are cleared, I do have to sign in, but it's fast because my info is saved.

I wonder, @tuantran, if that's it. Is your browser set to clear cookies automatically?

@tuantran I'm experiencing this (often but not always) on mobile and it's driving me nuts, sigh. It started two iPhone software updates ago and I'm sure it's somewhere buried in the settings but Apple switched things around and I haven't felt yet like digging for the solution. I'm positive it has to do with the browser cookie settings (as others have stated here).
