It looks like at least one area of your product is blank. Did you mean to do this?

Hello,

Could someone explain to me what they mean in the message -  one area of my product is blank? I use the same pattern for both side and really don't understand what they mean in blank area.

Hi @Arful_Dreamz

When adding the images/patterns to the design tool, if the front is added as a layer but the back is added as a background image you may get the error you have seen. The design tool is letting you know you haven't added a layer to the back.

I added a screenshot to show the images/patterns as layers vs as a background, both options will work, it is important however to ensure you are happy with the design preview before posting as this shows how the product will be printed.

I hope this helps, if you have any further questions please let me know!

As long as you can see the patter like the picture shows you're good to go.
