Just noticed the icon above my zazzle store saying I had a message. I get so few that I am surprised I noticed it. Anyway, I have only had one occasion a long time ago when this happened and I was able to email a response directly form the "page" where the emails/messages arrive for my store. But I tried typing a response as I did that one time and this time it seemed that the message never went anywhere. And there really was not any place to hit "send". I am sure this is a very simple thing but I seem to have forgotten it. I would just send a personal email from myself and not through Zazzle but the message did not come with the email address.

Thank you, Cat. I did do as you have shown in your example above, typing where it says to type my message, but there was no "My Response" over to the right. Maybe I did not hit enter? I thought I did. Anyway, the person will either have gotten no thank you or several (I attempted numerous times!). I really. appreciate your going to all the trouble of showing the above sample. Thanks again.

There is no send key. You just type your note into the space at the bottom where it says "type something" then hit enter. You should see the customer's messages on the left side of the conversation panel in gray, and your responses on the right side in blue.
