New poster situ view not available to any existing listings?

I am really hoping this is a glitch.

I have been asking for situ views for products that currently to date view flat ie: pillows, banners, table numbers POSTERS.... hurray this morning I am noticing while doing a search all these posters view on easels!  This is fabulous exactly what I suggested.

I then go to allllll my existing posters and not one is available to be updated to the new situ view.  As I stated before I am really hoping this is a glitch that can be fixed because all of my posters have been sold before and it serves no purpose for me to have to relist these just for a situ view.  😞

Thank you if you can fix this.

I am still running windows 7 professional and I am using a computer no phone tablet etc but I do not think that will help you for trouble-shoot but in case it does that is what I am using.

I think it's just foam core posters that have that option. The paper posters on easels that I saw were all designer uploaded.

Hi all,

It is the foam boards that have an easel in-situ currently. There is no technical issue present here so I am moving the thread to ask a question. I am happy to forward the feedback in this thread to our team as well.

Thanks,

Pádraig 🙂

Well I think it would benefit everyone if a poster could be viewed the same way because to me this makes no sense?  I have posters that are party seating charts or welcome signs for customers to make their own..... ie whether they mount themselves on foam board or put in a small frame and they would end up placing on a easel?  I think to assume posters are just hanging on bedroom walls lol is outdated.  I am surprised that this is not available situ for all posters regardless that they are not foam board?  Yes please suggest making this situ available because the way posters are viewed now "flat" I think does Z injustice.  It does nothing to see them with a corner tip flip upward?  And it is hard for some people to view what it would look like this situ view is what would be improvement and certainly helps!
