Not receiving my Zazzle payment since last month

Hi everyone,

My cleared Zazzle royalties ( exceeding the 30 days period ) had exceeded the threshold of $50 (Paypal ) before the end of Aug, I was supposed to get the payout on 15th Sept, but I didn't get it.

Now its Oct, and I checked that my cleared royalties has crossed $100, but still its not been scheduled for debit (payout ) on 15 th this month. 

Every time I write to the support, I only get an automated email about the rules n process, which I know well.

My creator friends ... does the same ever happened to you ? Please share.

To the Moderator ... please if you are reading this, kindly look into the matter and help in my payment

Did you change something in your payment info?This happens when I changed something on my payment info, or even just clicked save without changing anything, I would have to wait another month to get paid.

Hello Mark, sorry for writing again but same thing is happening like last month, its already 4th Oct and I checked the payment history that my cleared earnings have not been scheduled or queued for debit or payout on 15th of this month. I am very worried because after 5 days no more scheduling is done for payment. I had faced the same issue in July also ( please refer to my emails sent repeatedly to support team) but the problem is not fixed since September.  I request please help me in my payment, please contact the account team that why this issue is occuring again n again with me, but before I used to get timely payouts always. I know only cleared royalties are considered,  am not counting on pending ones.

Really worried, please help, thank you

Hello @Mark , the old problem seems to be back again ... Its April 9th, but my payout for this month is still not been scheduled/ queued for debit ( I have checked, it crossed the threshold by March 30)

Yay ! I got the payment today (April 23) I never thought a payment would be made after 15th and was waiting for next pay cycle ... Thank you so much @Mark for helping out 🙂

Is this normal. Today is 6th and still no pending payment?

I am having the same problem. I havent been paid for cleared earnings in october and i am passed the $100 threshold for check payment. I contacted zazzle a few times last week and the issue hasnt been resolved yet

Did you finally get this issue fixed? I think I'm having the same issue as well. My earnings are just queueing up but not being processed for payment. I never got my November payment and I still can't see the payment request button in account this month which is the same thing that happened last month when I didn't get paid. It's already the 3rd and I know I should be waiting to see if they'll push my balance for processing but I'm still worried it might not since nothing has changed in my account from last month. 

Just wondering if your issue got fixed and you finally got paid

Hello @vimbaiz  hey yes, i got the last payment but again am waiting anxiously for this month's payout to be scheduled ... its not been done yet ! The first week of my payout months is always full of tension, I keep checking daily if its pushed/queued for payout

@Wesha indeed it's stressful. I really can't afford to miss miss 2 months of not being paid. I do hope they get to fix this so that our accounts can just return to normal payouts like before

Hie @Mark .. hope you're well. This might be a bit too soon to be concerned about but it's almost the 6th and my payment haven't been queued for processing as yet. It's normally never this late/delayed. May you please assist. Thank you in advance 🙏🏼

I hope they're simply behind in showing the debits for payment, given that I, too, am not showing what has cleared up through the end of September, an amount above the threshold.

This is really hectic I hope they sort this out soon.. upto now I too still do not have my balance pushed for processing and it's now the 6th. The last time they did this to me again was last November as well and I didn't get paid that November. I really hope they won't repeat again this year 😔😔 @Mark  please assist. Thank you

@Mark hie Mark I wrote 2 days ago that my payment hadn't been scheduled for pending/processing. Today is the 7th almost the 8th now from where I come from and still nothing. Wrote to Zazzle support and seems like there's no response from either end. No one is responding to any of these requests. Please may you guys assist us regarding this matter. Thank you
