I sent my Form in Mid-January and after posting a query here on the forum heard back from Zazzle. Despite all my efforts of researching enough on how to fill the form correctly through guidance from fellow international Zazzlers as well as my fellow country Zazzlers who had their form accepted, I received a rejection that the address on my account and form do not match. It was awkwardly strange since I had literally (I mean LITERALLY) copied and pasted the address from my account to the form. Anyways, I sent the form back and since then waiting to hear from Zazzle. I have sent an email to Zazzle support to inquire about it but never heard back. I waited long enough to research how to fill the form correctly to avoid exactly the frustration I am going through right now. Can someone tell me what it takes to get this form accepted or at least get Zazzle to respond? It doesn't have to be this stressful.

It sure was really helpful and i filled my form after going through a number of accepted forms from other zazzler. I am not sure it is a bias or something else stopping them from at least responding to the queries.
