Hello everyone! Someone sent me a message asking me to upload to him a digital image that I used on some business cards. I'm not sure how to tactfully tell him I don't supply people with images. Any suggestions?

Other thank just giving him an outright no, you might want to think about transferring the design to an invitation that has a digital option he can pay for. Just a thought.

Politely inform them that you ony use Zazzle for order fulfillment and that the item is available to purchase on this site. I had someone previously ask me a similar question. They even asked if I could do it outside of Zazzle. When I informed them I only used Zazzle they were a bit upset but later ordered the business cards.

I usually say "I'm sorry my images are only for sale on products printed through zazzle." If he wants the digital image, and you are willing to sell it, you could add it to an invitation and sell it as a digital download.
