Good evening,

How do you get all notifications?  I received some reviews that don't show up in the general area of the shop(s).  I thought to look at them later under the product, but when I clicked on the bell, they were gone.  Is there any way to find all the notifications one receives?

I don't know about all notifications, but here is how you can see all your reviews:

Thank you for the response.  The link doesn't work.  Can you give me the steps to see all the reviews?

We don't currently have a way to see all your past notifications, but I will pass it along as a suggestion.

To see your reviews, log in to your account > my account > my profile > activity > reviews received.

Thank you for your response.  I know about these steps.  But the reviews the notification bell told me I received are not in that area.  That's why I'm wondering if there is a place where I can access all the reviews I received.

Thanks for getting back to me.

The only thing I can imagine that would cause this is the domain. To the best of my knowledge, the reviews will only show for you when you are logged into the same domain the customer placed the order on. Can you try this and let me know if it works?

That was it.  I looked through every domain you have, and I found the reviews.  It was laborious but worth it.  This teaches me that when the notification bell indicates there are reviews, I will look at them immediately.  Thanks so much!

actually, it does work… where you see “member number,  find your number in your account under “Associates”, copy your number and REPLACE “your member number” by pasting your specific number there and then paste that  new link into your browser address bar. Click on it  and it takes you to that section. Remember to bookmark it in your browser.

I'm embarrassed.  This is what happens when one didn't get a good night's sleep as well as technology illiterate.  Of course I should have put in my own number.  <heavy sigh>  That does take me to the reviews, but not all of the reviews.  According to the notification bell, I received at least 3 other reviews.  None of them showed up in that area.  When new notifications come up, those 3 notification reviews disappeared.  That's why I'm trying to find where I can find - all - of the reviews I received.
