Once again another AI question...

Sorry in advance if you've come across this question somewhere before. With all the discussion (and rants) over AI, I sometimes use it as an integrated part of whatever I'm designing at the moment—never wanting to use it as a crutch.

I remember seeing somewhere about using the tag #generativecontent. I've never used it, but instead, at the end of my product descriptions, I conclude with 'This design was implemented with the assistance of a generative artificial intelligence program along with various design software.'

Is this still acceptable? Also, has anyone ever made sales with such disclosures?

@blckpython  If you are using AI in your designs, you have to add #generativecontent to your tags - it's the new policy and if you are not you are breaching the Content Guidelines

I would add that tag to your already published designs that utilizes AI in the creation of it

@blckpython I can’t answer your question since I only use „generativecontent“ as my tenth key word but in fact I like your option to use a sentence in the description much better. The items will sell (either way) because most people don’t bother to read the description or to look at the key words. They buy the product if they like the design (however it was produced).

From a customer's point of view, I think it's wonderful that you are adding that disclosure to your descriptions. It's so frustrating sometimes (on Etsy especially) to buy something thinking it's hand drawn or even worse, actually VINTAGE, only to find out it's really AI generated. (while I can usually tell, sometimes the small product photos don't always look AI generated.)
