Payment late - what to do?

Hello, I have asked about this through chat and also elsewhere on this forum but have not heard back. Here's the issue:

It is already January 22 of 2023 and I have still not received my expected payment. (I am paid by check.) According to my payment history, the check has already been sent, but I have still not received it. 

Maybe it was lost in the mail? Maybe the mail is just running slow? 

Whatever the cause, I would just like to know what I should do. Should I request stopping payment on the check and having a new one issued? Or should I try and wait longer for my payment? If so, how long should I wait? 

Also, I will be out of town for 5 days beginning tomorrow, January 23 - January 27. I am hoping to receive my check by the time I get home. If not, how should I handle it?

Years ago, I got paper checks, till there were major problems with the mail person. I switched to ppal and have had very little in the way of issues with payments since then. My point that I am getting to is that the check was probably mailed around the 15th (Sunday) and Monday 1/16 was a holiday, so count those 2 days out, 1/17  to 1/21 (sat) is 5 days. The mail used to take approx 7 days average to whatever point. Now I noticed that since Dejoy took over as postmaster general, there seem to be more problems and delays. So, you may just get it tomorrow 1/23 or 1/24. It is likely a slow mail delivery issue, not a zazzle issue.Maybe you can sign up with the post office for informed delivery before you leave.<https://www.usps.com/manage/informed-delivery.htm>

I get paper checks. I'm in the US not super far from Z headquarters.. I got mine yesterday. I'm thinking yours is probably still in the mail too. (and yes, informed delivery is great and it's free)

Thank you both. Yes, I have tried to get informed delivery unfortunately, it is not available at my address. I'll just keep my fingers crossed and hope to find it in the mail when I get back from my vacation. (I'm leaving for a cruise tomorrow morning!) Thanks again for the help.

I haven't got mine either. For the past couple of years the checks have been coming later and later, I used to get them within 2 weeks, now it sometimes takes 4 or more weeks. Once it took so long that Z canceled the check and sent me a new one. I'm in Canada. I contact zazzle if the check doesn't come in the month it's suppose to.

I also get check payments and have not received my check that should have been released at the beginning of February as of today, March 1.  There is no notification that it was 'released' in my Payment History.

I still haven't received my check yet this month. Usually it arrives by the 22nd or before. Last month I didn't receive it until the 25th. Did Zazzle change their check processor?

My missing payment doesn't show in my Earnings Summary any more and shows as "Cleared" in my Payment History. Do you have a way to see when it was sent?

Help looking into this would be greatly appreciated.
