It's late so I'll make this quick. When I was fixing an old mug, I noticed that the preview image of the mug is hazy as if it's supposed to be showing a glare or something. The image is faded near the left side and really degrades it. It's hazy and not crisp and well-contrasted like the actual image and looks bad. If I was a customer I wouldn't buy this because it just doesn't look like a good image. Does this look right? No view shows a completely crisp view. I never noticed before. Maybe my eyes are just bleary because it's late. (No, it's not my eyes although they are getting tired.) That's all.

I checked one of my mugs and can see what you're describing. However, I believe it's been like that for a long time. In trying to create the appearance of highlights, Zazzle overdoes it on a number of products, and mugs is one of them.

"Mugs ARE, Barbara, not "mugs IS."
