Redirecting Customers based on Country / Location

Hi All,

I've setup a dotcom store (single page) that links the displayed items to the corresponding Zazzle products page.

The problem is, all customers are sent to the .com (USA) site.

Is there an option by Zazzle to send international customers to their local product pages?

For example, can a customer from Japan be automatically directed by Zazzle from   zazzle.com/example_product   to   zazzle.jp/example_product ?

Thanks for any help.

Out of curiosity, why would you send customers to anything other than the Z .com site? Not all International sites have the all Zazzle has to offer in regards to products.

Thank you for your question.

I'd like my product pages to be displayed in the local currency of the customer.
The .com site only displays in $US.

I am not in the US and usually when I search for Zazzle it sees which country I am in and directs me to that site. If you are searching or opening the site from the US or a VPN in the US, you may be led to the .com site. Might that be what's happening for you?

Hi Anne,

No, I've setup a single page website and my links are the .com product pages.
I was hoping that Zazzle would identify the IP address of the customer and redirect them to local domain.
Unfortunately that doesn't happen.
My work around was to create a webpage for all of the international Zazzle top level domains.  It was a bit of pain and will make adding new products a lot more work.

If anyone knows a better solution please let us all know.  🙂
