Reordering Images in Media Manager

I'd like to upload photos, but NOT have them be the "primary" one.  How do I upload images then change the order??

@Caprice Once you have uploaded them to the media manager - you can drag and drop them to your preferred order.  There will always be a primary one - just make sure that's the first one on the left

Hi Sarah - thanks - but doesn't seem to be working?  Is this done on front end, or back end??

I get 🚫 when I try to drag and drop on the listing page - and there doesn't seem to be a place to reorder inside the media manager?

@Caprice you have to be in Edit mode of the collection then click on manage media - then add images. You can drag and drop to rearrange images

Are you adding the cover photos for individual products, into your Collection Media as well? Or are you making up the covers for the individual products, AND making different ones for those same products in the collection?

@Connie Yes -I'm adding 10 cover images that I've previously made to my collection media if I have them - (don't see why not - spent months making cover photos 😂 - might as well utilize them everywhere) I only make a new cover photo for the collection cover (which s a mashup of cover photos previously made - if that makes sense)

@Caprice sorry I thought you were talking collections - reordering cover photos on listing page is done in media manager under listing tools - you can't reorder Zazzle's own product images - only the ones that you upload. You can upload up to 10 and drag and drop the order to your liking

No worries Sarah - I can't find a way there, either, lol.  When I go to tools: media mgr on the listing page, I get below.  No way to reorder pix.

@Caprice Where it says - add images - you need to upload your cover photos via that. You can't reorder the images that zazzle have put on the listing page - they are set in stone - you can only reorder your own.

Thanks for trying to help Sara - you're a doll.  I can add an image fine - it becomes "primary" - dragging and dropping on the listing page gives me the  🚫 - even when I'm only trying to move my own image so it isn't primary anymore.  No worries. No reordering for me! 😝

@Caprice No worries. Sad that I couldn't help. You can only drag and drop when you add multiple cover photos. If you only upload one - that stays as the primary and can't be reordered so to speak. You can't drag on the listing page - that's by design

I want the main Zazzle image at the top - then my images that show the label in place on red envelopes. Why can I not re-order the images in this fashion?
