Can’t Manage Media Images on Home Page

I can’t edit my media images on my home page.  When I click on the Media Manager I get two options.  I can “Upload Media” which works. I can’t see it in the editor but it shows up on the home page. I when I choose “Edit” I get a blank screen.  No images are visible so I can’t delete old images or re-order any of the ones I’d like to keep.

@Erika  What browser/OS are you using? I've just tried to edit media on windows/firefox and everything worked as expected

I get the option to delete by selecting them and I can click and drag to rearrange.

I'm using Windows 11/Chrome.

@Erika  Do you have an adblocker installed on your chrome browser? That could be messing with the page. You could try firefox and see if that's any better

I'm reading up on Firefox now.  I don't know anything about it. Thanks for your suggestions, Sara.

I’d appreciate it if one of Zazzle’s tech team members could take a look at this issue. I'm wondering if this is an isolated problem on my end or if other Chrome users are experiencing the same thing. I have paused my ad blocker for Zazzle, which didn’t resolve the issue with managing my media images, although it did restore the bell notifications. I’d prefer not to switch browsers unless absolutely necessary.
