Anyone Else Missing Photos on Media Manager

I have several stores that I have reoptimized that had cover media photos from Placeit which I paid for to use. But go missing after reoptimizing I spend many hours working on this everyday just to catch up on store products for resell but now have no cover photos on them anymore.  Can you please fix the problem for me.  Thanks

I think this Optimizing is stupid and a waste of time as well as losing all your cover photos you created for the product.
