Are you talking about on a particular product, or the media on your Homepage?
If it's on a product, when you go to Product Media Manager, there's 3 little dots on the media image. Click on that and you get two options: Crop, and Delete.
On your Homepage, the click the "edit" at the top of your uploaded Media, and then check the boxes for the ones you want to delete.
