Anything that isn't too fancy is fine for Roman Numerals.. things with big curlicues or lots of asymmetry will probably not look appropriate for most products but any plainer font will do fine. If you are going for that classical Roman chiseled look, a serif font like Cinzel, Copperplate or Maroon would fit the bill.
