Why am I seeing Design Changes Under pending Review?

So I did not try to change the design of this product and yet I am seeing "design changes under pending review"  Now I did sell this product yesterday and wonder if the customer tried to change it, but not sure why it would affect my product design. (the product in question is not new, and has been sold many times)

it happened to me too some weeks ago, but then it resolved itself in a couple of days

It happened to me too few years ago on some of my products. Not sure about what it means...

so my cat ran over my keyboard and apparently accepted your comment as the solution.  Clearly, none of us know why this is occurring.  and the mystery still continues @Lisa-B  would you please remove the accepted solution as only you can provide the solution?
