Hi @Scott
In promoter program
I just noticed this, but wasn't aware there was a difference, so thought I'd mention it
We only get 15% for self-referring digital products, is this an error or correct, thanks
Note re the example below, this is for identical products, customer ordered a print and a download.

* I'm not a mathematician (Just ask my professors, lol!)* But it actually looks like Zazzle is paying us over 100% when a referral is earned. Assuming the standard digital royalty of 92.89% is applies.

Check out this thread here from last month:
Does Setting Higher Royalties for Digital Downloads incur the 20% transaction fee?
It's shown in there that a Promoter with a self-referred sale @ 35% could indeed earn more than the customer is actually paying Zazzle for the Download. While waiting for a Mod to give a definitive answer here, I'm going to hazard a guess that they've amended the terms of the Promoter Program to say that you'll earn 35% on everything except Instant Downloads which will be the standard 15%. Otherwise they'd have situations of paying out more than they are taking in and I have a hard time believing Zazzle or any other company would engage in a pricing scheme that results in them losing money.

Same thing just happened to me. I'm assuming they've set all referrals on downloads to 15% (promoter program or not) so that they wouldn't end up paying out more than they took in!

Hi all,
Instant Downloads are indeed exempt from the Promoter Program and only available for the associate 15%.
Thanks.

I just sold 2 keychains as a self referral and the amount is 15%. I was under the impression self referrals were 35%. Has this amount been lowered?

It should be 35%, but only if you've signed up for the Promoter program

Oooooh, I did not realize I had to fill out a separate form for that. Thank you, found the thread where @Windy posted the link to the referral 2.0 program. Thank you everyone.
