Setting up my store with existing products

I have multiple products created that I have used for ordering product samples for my physical product business.
I would now like to begin selling POD on Zazzle using the products I've already created. I can't seem to find how to do that...All I see is the option to create a product from scratch when opening your store.

When I go to MY DESIGNS, I see the pencil icon, but that only allows me to add a title/description. I have scoured Youtube and Zazzle communities and can't find any instructions on how to do this. Please help!

Open one of your products. Go into the design editor. Close the product. Now you will probably see the SELL IT button. Click that and fill out the information boxes. And that's how you can list your existing product for sale.

I have this same problem, but I never see a Sell It button.

But none of that is helping. I made my store public thinking that might help, but I can't get my designs into the store. So frustrating.

Hi Lizz, Greetings from a fellow Georgian, I'm from Register, GA (between Statesboro & Metter).  Nice to meet ya.  I can see that you've got a store, but no products. (I use a desktop, so forgive me if this doesn't appear on a mobile app.)  If you go into your store, and under the Products tab.  Click in the box with the Publish Method:Any, over to the far right there's a down arrow.  What you want to see is the middle part of that called Product Visibility.  Clicking on various selections there will tell you if your products were hidden.  Then, if they are, you can check on them and "Make Public" with the down arrow on the product.

When you are logged onto Zazzle, click on your profile icon in the upper right of the screen and a drop down menu appears. Assuming you have already created some products for your physical product business, you should be able to click on "Saved Designs" in that dropdown menu which will show you what designs you have already created. Do not click on the pencil icon at the bottom of any of those saved designs. Click on the product image and it will open up and you will see to the right of the product image the option to "Edit this design" or "Sell it". If you are ready to post it for sale, choose "Sell it". Then follow the prompts to add your title, description and tags.  If you want to create a new product from scratch, go to "My Stores" in the dropdown menu under your profile. Looks like you only have 1 store, so that should be easy. Select your store. Then when you are your store, you can choose "create a product" which is found in the quick links on the right side of the screen. You can upload images to use on your new products, or use text, or whatever you want to use for your design. When you are finished designing, select "Sell it" and enter all the info - title, description, tags.
There are lots of step-by-step videos on YouTube that show you how to post a product for Sale on Zazzle. Try looking at some of those and see if they give you a good visual of what to do.  Good luck!

Thanks. The problem is, the Sell It button doesn't show up. I used templates, and all the artwork is original. I looked at YouTube last night and have done all the things that were advised. I have no idea what's wrong.

Whatever their 5x7 greeting card is. I went to Create Your Own to Greeting Cards to 5x7 Folded Card, and worked from there. 

There are several things that cause the "sell it" button not to appear. One thing is, for folded cards, you must have an envelope option selected. If there is no envelope option selected, you will not get the "sell it" button. Another thing that can cause the "sell it" button not to appear is if you have used some of the background artwork that is for customers only and not for designer use. Another thing is using some of the frames can cause the "sell it" button not to appear.

Thanks. I have envelopes, and the backgrounds are my own photographs. This is why I'm so frustrated and confused. 

If you have verified that you did the following::
1. Started from an actual Zazzle Blank and not someone else's product.
2. Did not use any of the icons or designer backgrounds that are for customers only to use.
3. Have an envelope option selected.
4. Did NOT turn off the Zazzle logo on the back of the card.
5. Did Not use any of the Zazzle frames that are not marked as Royalty Free. 
and you still do not see the Sell It button - then I suggest you call Zazzle Customer Support and have them walk you through how to post your product for sale. Tell them all the steps you have taken and still do not see the Sell It button. 

That's it. The Zazzle logo. Why is it an option if you have to use it? I have my own logo and info on the back. Ugh. Thanks. That hadn't come up in any of the advice. 

Also, I've been searching for a way to contact Zazzle and haven't seen a way to email or call. Thanks so much for your time! I have to redesign the backs now. 😑

You can turn the logo off once you have published your product for sale. Select Edit Details, then Product Merchandising, then Change Options. Scroll down to the bottom and turn off the Zazzle logo.  You can find the Zazzle contact info under the Help Center at the bottom of the Zazzle Main Page: https://help.zazzle.com/hc/en-us/articles/221463567-How-Do-I-Contact-Zazzle-Customer-Support.   You can also contact them using the "go to chat" button that appears at the bottom of your screen.
