Summary vs. Royalty & Royalty by Product

In my Summary for today, I've gone up by 6 sales. Two of those sales (plus a self referral) are accounted for in both Royalty History and Royalty by Product. This leaves 3 sales unaccounted for. Of the sales shown, one was at 8:45 this morning and the other at 12:19 this afternoon. I'm ahead of Pacific Time by 3 hours, but the lag is still large, larger than I've ever seen before.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

It took sleeping on it for the answer to come to me: As I often do, I forgot that I'm in the Promoter program. Someone must have come in on my link and bought 3 items from others. Three referrals were counted as if I'd sold something of my own, but as always, there was no indication.
Zazzle, can't you find a way to separate out those referrals so we know who's on first and what's on second?

Barbara,
When those phantom sales happen for me and I can't find them, I check my zazzle earnings app on my phone under "overall" and the zeros show up there. But I do agree it can be confusing to find them.

I can't think of all the confusion... Same day sales, cancellations and referrals... The numbers never add up... you can go crazy all day and you won't know what happened....please, We need notifications of all the movements that occur in our account.

@LoraSeverson For whatever reason, I thought the app was only for Apple. I just checked and see I can get it for my Android. It makes one wonder why, if they can do this in a phone app, they can't do it here.
@Mariholly I agree. You go here to see this, there to see that, to your phone to see the other thing, and then you try to add and subtract numbers, which often don't quite match, though the last is probably due to the exchange rate.

I don't know if this is relevant to this thread, but this morning, I made a sale in notifications. But it doesn't show up anywhere else. The sales I made during the night showed up, but my sale early this morning hasn't so far. Nothing showed up in cancellations.

Your experience is, in a way, the same sort of thing because it's about confusion in sales. Those notifications aren't quite ironed out as yet. For instance, we'll be notified of products needing optimization, but they may not show up until hours or even a day later, so we have to wait before we can even find them. Maybe this is what happened to you. Notifications was johnny on the spot, but the sales listing doesn't show up for hours.
Zazzle keeps adding stuff, but maybe it's time to subtract something here or there.

You're right. It just showed up, but the number (of sales) didn't increase. So there are technical bugs going around.

The feeds update at different times. As @Barbara said, if you check the phone app, you usually get more updated info. Although only one of the feeds on the phone app was better today. This is really nothing new. As is the situation with the Promoter 2 program, because of the way royalties are paid. Checking brand new Zazzle data is a great way to see what is happening. I would not recommend reconciling feeds that haven't updated. @Mariholly the only number that is official is the one they pay you at the end of the month. The rest of them fluctuate because of currency valuations and cancellations. I don't see how they will ever all update at the same time, given the size and complexity of Zazzle.

Another goodie this morning: My sales count went down by one, amount earned went up by 19 cents, and the total balance didn't change. All I can figure is that one of those hidden referral sales was cancelled and the exchange rate afforded me 19 cents. But who knows, given that some of the accounting is behind the scenes?
Zazzle, we shouldn't have to guess about these things. Please make all transactions visible.
