Hey everyone,

I just wanted to share a quick update and hopefully encourage other beginners here. A few days ago I posted about my first 2 sales, and now I’ve reached 7 sales in my first month and a half 🙏👏. Yesterday alone I got 5 sales, which felt amazing!

Here are a few things I thought were important at first, but now I see them differently:

Views don’t always matter. Even one view can turn into a sale, so don’t stress too much about numbers.

Z-rank isn’t everything. Mine jumped to 5 after 2 sales, then dropped back to 4 the next day – but I still made more sales 🤷‍♂️.

Collections > single products. Building collections has made more sense to me than just uploading one-off products.

Organizing the store helps you too. Customers might not notice every detail, but having clear sections/collections makes your store feel good to you.

One more thing – the forum here is full of gold. Just use the search bar for any topic and you’ll find great discussions. I really appreciate how kind and supportive everyone is here.

I’m still very new (less than 2 months in), but I’d love to help however I can – even promoting someone’s products on my pages if it helps 😊. Of course, there are amazing experts here who can give much stronger advice than me, but I promise when I become experienced, I’ll do my best to help others the same way you all help us now.

I may have you confused with someone else but I think you had posted a bit back about being new and were given some advice that maybe focusing on Egypt-centered designs could be good for you. And it looks like that's where you went and it paid off. Really happy for you that you found a viable "niche" that is natural for you, and it's refreshing to see someone actually take the advice they were given to heart and find success in that. Congratulations to you, you are off to a really good start!

Oh, thank you! It was wonderful! I visited the new museum, the old one, and the mummy museum. The pyramids, the Valley of the Kings, Abu Simbel, sailing at sunset along the Nile... so many wonders!
I might use some of my photographs for postcards. I have to go through them.
