Tissue Paper Search Results are Messed Up

I have mentioned this before, but nothing has been done.  

Ever since tissue paper came back to the marketplace after the last time it was sold out, the results are very messed up.  There's wrapping paper, ribbon, house flags, buttons, magnets, etc on the first page, second page, etc.  It gradually gets better, but you have to go deep into the search for that.  

Can this please get fixed?

Thanks for your post. What results are you referring to? Could you post a link to the search results in question? I can't replicate the issue on my side. When I search for tissue paper everything appears to be working as expected, i.e. the results mainly display tissue paper designs.

I am so horrible with computer tech, I can't seem to save the screenshot and attach it here.  

I just did a Zazzle search typing in tissue paper.  The first row has 3 out of 4 results that are not tissue paper.  They are wrapping paper sheets, a house flag and wrapping paper.  The second row (out of 4) has a round sticker and a print.  It goes on from there.  

Before the last time tissue paper was sold out, the search was very clean - it was all tissue paper.  It was only after tissue paper came back from the last time it was sold out that there is a significant problem.

No problem at all. I still can't see an error with this search on my side so even if you could post the URL link to the search you are attempting that would help. We'll continue to keep an eye out for anything out of the ordinary in any case.

Thanks for providing the link @whimsywhim, although I still can't see the error. All I am seeing is tissue paper. We'll keep an eye out going forward but everything appears to be working as expected from what I can see. If you can provide a screenshot that may be helpful for our team.

Happy to see tissue paper is back in stock, but when doing a specific search today for holiday tissue paper, I noticed a recurrence of the search problem. When entering the term "Halloween tissue paper" in the search text field, only 316 products appear, and most of them are not tissue paper:

The same thing is happening with Christmas tissue paper which yields only 615 results, and again, many non-related products:

I hope this can be resolved quickly as these are best sellers during the holiday season. Thanks.

Doing a search for "Halloween" and refining the category down Crafts and Party Supplies/Tissue paper - I come up with results of 139. All seem to be Tissue paper (although some of the Cover photos make it hard to tell).

Same method for Christmas Crafts and Party Supplies/Gift Wrapping Supplies/Tissue paper - 8,938

Although Christmas "Gift Wrapping Supplies" filtered to Tissue paper only results in 583.

Christmas "tissue paper"  - brings up 1,022 and must be refined down to TISSUE PAPER to get only the 583 hits.

All of the results I looked at that weren't tissue paper had 'tissue paper' in the tags and sometimes even in the title (with some of those looking like the design was transferred from tissue paper to the something else and the Creator failed to properly edit the auto-title so honest mistake). This highlights how inappropriate tags (intentional or accidental) mucks up search results for everyone. Also shows that search doesn't know the difference between wanting tissue+paper as in word+word and wanting 'tissue paper' as a product type not descriptive tag words to look for.
If you use the Events/Holidays filters to drill down from the main tissue paper category, you get 1,702 results for Halloween and 8,429 for Christmas so manually searching is clearly failing to deliver with this tricky situation.
