Two Referral Royalty Questions Under Promoter 2.0

(1). When I share a link to Product A in my store, a brand new customer who has never used Z before clicks on that, browses around, and ends up buying Product B from my store.  Would I earn a referral royalty?

(2). When I share a link to a Collection in my store, a brand new customer who has never used Z before clicks on that, goes to the collection, then buys something from my store.  Would I earn the referral royalty when the "first click" is to my collection instead of a product page?

1) If this link was shared on social media, the link won't go to your store it will go to a landing page with 65 other seller products, so there is only 1 in 66 chance they will then elect to 'go to your store'. If you shared via a website/blog, the referral should go to you for either of your products.. but I could be wrong?

2) I would expect to still get the referral.

It would be great if one of the mods could confirm this, but I believe that you are supposed to get the referral in both of those cases. As long as they don't have any other Zazzle cookies in their browser and enter the site on a clean link to your store, collection, or product and end up buying one of your products, it doesn't matter if they viewed a zillion other things during their session as long as they buy something of yours. At least that's my understanding of how it's supposed to work - which could be wrong... I haven't done any testing or anything to verify that.

Here's the key section from the FAQ (#11):
The Promoter Program pays higher referrals when a customer begins their session on Zazzle by clicking on a promoter link to your product, store, collection, member page, etc.

If the user comes to Zazzle using an RF code (associate ID)  or via a known marketing channel, then we do not pay out the higher promoter referral and the sale is attributed to the marketing channel that it can be tracked back to.

In other words, if the sale cannot be tracked back to one of our marketing channels, we will award you the promoter referral. So if a blogger, friend or any other website shares your promoter link on your behalf, that link would also qualify for a promoter referral for your account.
