I got a message today from a customer in the UK who was quoted a ridiculous sum of money for shipping 6 half sheets of paper. $23.59 for standard shipping on half a dozen sheets of paper?!?
I'm wondering if something is wrong here. The prices are all in dollars, so I'm wondering if the customer is viewing the US site rather than the UK site, so the prices are for overseas shipping or something like that?
I suggested that they contact Zazzle and/or check out Zazzle Black, but I'm just really confused and wondering if there's some sort of mistake.

On the title bar, you see zazzle.com, so it's the US site and the shipping is costly. Plus your customer may have to mess with additional customs fees. Not sure how it works in the UK and what amount is free, but here in Italy, as an example, I always have to tell friends not to send me any gifts from countries outside the EU because I would have to pay customs and VAT even on gifts I get.
If your customer is still interested, switch to the UK local site and send the customer that link to your product with your affiliate code (or not, if you are in the promoter program). The price of the sheets will be a tad higher, but the shipping costs shall be way lower and the customer has not to mess with customs. Important: send your international customers separate local domain links, because promoter and affiliate cookies do not work across zazzle domains, if the customer switches domain within the Z pages.

Thanks Fiorenzo! I hadn't noticed the Zazzle.com in the address bar. That would certainly make sense. I messaged the customer back and included a link to the product on the UK site, so we'll see if that resolves it. If I hear back, I'll post the resolution.
