W8-BEN form keep bouncing back

I resubmitted my W8-BEN form and trying to solve this since March. Keep bouncing forward and back. The last time I got an automatic reply was in June, not hearing from anyone since then.

Please expect a 2-4 week delay for review/reply./ Which pandemic? That was two years ago. Also in the automatic reply was this - We noticed that the address you list on your W8 form is different from what you list on your Zazzle account’s Payment Settings.This is not true, as I moved I changed the addresses on both to be exactly the same. Can I get some advice on how to go through this and move on with my payments? |

One reason for rejection can be if the details re name address etc do not EXACTLY match what you entered in your Zazzle profile/account details. And by exact ... nothing should be abbreviated, or misspelled, it must be an exact match,

check all details are they matching as it's filled on zazzle, for me was a problem - province, I didnt put it on a form, as it didnt have field, but on zazzle is
