All my birth announcements don't show the image customers can replace with their own anymore in the preview images. They did when I posted them last year but now don't show at all. When I click personalize this design, it does popup & can be replaced but my previews look so odd with no picture in them, like they can't be edited. When I go to download to just create my own previews & upload as media, it also doesn't include the pic in the download. I have photo Christmas cards that are not having this issue. Anyone else noticing this?

Hi everyone, I am a designer from Italy creating invitations on Zazzle. I am facing a very frustrating and confusing issue with my W-8BEN form that has been rejected more than 10 times, specifically pointing to Part II, Line 10. What is very strange is that my form was previously accepted by the system, but as soon as the payment cycle started and it was time to transfer my earnings, it got rejected again. For my tax treaty details for Italy, I filled it out as follows: Article and Paragraph: 12(3) Rate of withholding: 0% Type of income: Royalties for the use of artistic work Additional conditions: Creation of artistic works designs sold on Zazzle online web stores on a range of goods. Since the automated emails only tell me to correct Part II without giving any specific wording, I am stuck in a loop. Has any creator from Italy experienced this rejection only when payments are due? What is the exact updated wording that the Zazzle finance team is expecting for Line 10 right now? Any help or intervention from a Zazzle team member would be highly appreciated. Thank you!

Could someone please help me find where I can change the Featured Collection in my shop? It's been a while since I last updated it, and I can't seem to find the setting anymore. I vaguely remember it being somewhere under Settings > Advanced Settings, but I may be mistaken. Has the location changed, or am I just overlooking it? Thanks!

Before the latest design tool update with the "Continue Your Design" popup, I could make a change to a design and then use the share dialogue to copy a link that would open in the edited version of the design without publishing it as a new product. This feature came in handy for assisting customers who needed a very small tweak to a design. But with the new popup, I can't seem to make this trick work anymore. Like there's no way to get back to the product page with the edited version. Am I missing something, or has this feature been removed?

What is this new page in the design tool, before you can even work on your own designs? This is getting more difficult, more confusing and more time consuming for the creator and the customer just to make or edit a product. What is going on? This has something to do with a Christmas card and I am working on a poster.

When I try to reorder a product within a collection by dragging its thumbnail, it snaps back to its original position. I have to refresh the page each time for the new order to register. It's only started happening recently 😕. Is there a trick to this?

I just discovered today in the Zazzle app that the "Explore" tab appears like an instagram feed where creators post content and receive likes, comments and shares. I wanted to participate and post some content but I did not find anywhere where I could create a post. Is the post feature not available to all creators? Also my store as followers, but when I looked at my followers tab in the Zazzle app, it said I had none. Am I suppose to connect my store to my Zazzle app or something. I'm very confused and feeling left out 😕

We have the Zazzle RSS feed going into our custom website and we have filters you can apply in the website to narrow it down by product type. However about two weeks ago the product department disappeared from the XML in the RSS feed? Will that return? How else should we perform that filtering otherwise? Thanks!
