Waiting for payment – W-8 form issue even though info matches

Hello,
after waiting 1.5 months, I finally received an answer message from Zazzle saying that the address on my W-8 form is different from the one in my Payment Settings, and that I should also update the date next to my signature to a more current one.

I have checked everything. The addresses are exactly the same. I don’t understand why I would need to change the date, since I signed the form when I submitted it on August 19.

I’ve already written to Zazzle with this clarification, but I’m really worried that I’ll have to wait another 1.5 months again for my payment. What more can I do?
